Training and Professional Development

We pride ourselves on attracting and retaining the best in the industry and providing training to ensure continual development. Investing in our employees by providing training and a development programme is part of our development strategy to improve skills, knowledge and understanding.
This includes a dedicated Mentoring Programme, a regular Continual Development Programme (CPD), Technical Skills Workshops, software training and personal development training. Staff are also invited to attend regular industry seminars on policy, technology and wider planning and property issues.
These are run by a combination of in-house staff and external experts. We also support staff in completing further studies, such as Masters Degrees and in qualifications such as TPP.
