Paul is a Director for the International group with 16 years’ experience in developing and delivering innovative European sustainable urban mobility projects. He has established a trusted contact base across European institutions and consultancies and an in-depth knowledge of suitable EU funding programmes.
Prior to joining Vectos he worked for London Councils and the World Health Organisation, where he worked on raising the profile of city actions to integrate the areas of transport, health and environmental policy. Paul also worked as a policy adviser in Brussels and regularly presents at key transport conferences across the EU, providing feedback on other cities’ innovations.
Paul specialises in shared mobility, MaaS, DRT in urban and rural areas, user needs assessments, EVs and the changing attitudes and demands for mobility. He is PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified and is an advanced French speaker.
Outside of work he loves cycling, playing piano and cooking.
